Our Warranty

At Umbrella-Recovery.com, we are proud to back our replacement covers with a 3-year warranty against fabric failure and faulty workmanship.

Please note that SUNBRELLA® and OUTDURA® fabric will NOT mildew as they are made from acrylic fiber, but dirt embeded in the fabric can promote growth of mildew on your umbrella cover.

It is therefore important to clean the fabric at least once per season in order to extend the life of the fabric.

Cleaning instructions will be enclosed with your umbrella cover.

Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by wind, mechanical abrasion or chafe, or any other external impact or force.

Damage caused by lack of or improper maintenance or storage, or exposure to excessive heat or sparks (caused by lamps, barbecues, patio heaters, fireworks etc.) is also not covered by warranty.

To obtain warranty service, item must be shipped pre-paid to our warehouse. Contact us at support@umbrella-recovery.com to obtain shipping address and a return authorization for a warranty claim.
