Hello Anne, I just wanted to let u know that received my package and what a great job. At first when I removed the cover from the box and looked it over, I told myself this is all wrong. Then I looked at it and started hanging it onto the frame it all came together. What a great job and it looks and fits great. After fitting the first one, I promptly called you to express the extreme pleasure in having it fit so PERFECTLY!! The rib spacing was spot on,pockets dead on, just ideal! Anne, just to let you know that we were most pleased with the replacement umbrella cover you provided us with recently. The cover easily fit on the old frame and deployed as in the past. We put up our cover today and it fit great. The color matches pretty well with our cushions. We just wanted to say thank you so much for our cover. Home Depot had discontinued our patio set and we couldn’t find a replacement umbrella large enough to fit our table, so we were looking

This cover arrived on Thursday, May 25. The fit is perfect on my umbrella frame, and the workmanship is excellent. I was pleased with how fast it arrived. My frame was actually a 9 foot size, which I cut down to a custom size for a tight space on our upper deck. With your clear measuring instructions, I was able to provide measurements and get a perfect fit, without having an existing cover that fit this frame. Your service, the precise fit, excellent workmanship, plus the Sunbrella fabric is well worth your price for this cover. I also appreciate the detailed installation, care, and cleaning instructions provided with the cover.

I just wanted to let you know the replacement umbrella fits perfect! I did an accurate job of measuring after all! One thing I forgot was requesting a "tie strap" to secure the umbrella to the post when not in use ( I have the cantilevered offset umbrella). The fringe material used on the umbrella to give it a finished edge would likely work. Suggestions?
