At Umbrella-Recovery.com, we guarantee your cover to fit! Should a cover not fit properly, simply send it back to us postage prepaid (ideally with a photo of the cover on the frame), and we will, at our option, modify it at no charge to fit properly, or supply a new cover.
All our covers are custom made. Therefore, we can not accept returns unrelated to workmanship or fit of any cover (such as, if you don't like the color).
You as the customer are responsible for supplying the correct measurements. Please note that improper fit due to incorrectly supplied measurements is not covered by our guarantee. We will make every effort to check back with you if measurements seem to be out of the norm.
Re-work neccessary due to incorrect measurements will be on a charge basis. All claims regarding fit must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of your cover.
Since all our covers are custom made, prepayment of your order is mandatory. As a small business, we use PayPal to securely process online credit card orders. We also accept credit card payments by phone and fax.
Orders will be processed as soon as payment has been received. Order lead time will depend on the time of season the order is placed. Please check for notifications on the order page regarding extended lead times.
