At Umbrella-Recovery.com, we guarantee your cover to fit! Should a cover not fit properly, simply send it back to us postage prepaid (ideally with a photo of the cover on the frame), and we will, at our option, modify it at no charge to fit properly, or supply a new cover.

All our covers are custom made. Therefore, we can not accept returns unrelated to workmanship or fit of any cover (such as, if you don't like the color).

You as the customer are responsible for verifying that the cover size you order will fit your umbrella. SunGarden has over the past 15 years changed cover sizes several times. Please see 'Find your SunGarden Model' to the left, to determine the age and model.

Re-work neccessary due to incorrect measurements will be on a charge basis. All claims regarding fit must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of your cover.

Since all our covers are custom made, prepayment of your order is mandatory. As a small business, we use PayPal to securely process online credit card orders. We also accept credit card payments by phone and fax.

Orders will be processed as soon as payment has been received.

We will typically ship your order within 7 business days of payment.

Orders requiring custom fabrics may take up to 3 weeks to process.
