Replacement Fabric for Sun Garden® 'Easy-Sun' Umbrella

This beautiful, premium quality cantilevered umbrella is sold through outlets such as Costco, FrontGate, Fortunoffs, Carl's Patio and other high-volume retailers, and has become the best selling cantilevered umbrella in North America. Unfortunately, the only factory fabrics offered by SunGarden are low-end polyester or polypropylene, in limited color selection. They often last only one or two seasons in southern climates - leaving you with a perfectly good frame, and no cover.

Due to the ever increasing number of requests, we are now offering replacement covers in all our standard SUNBRELLA fabrics for this umbrella.

The covers are made to exact size, including velcro ties around the ribs, 16" zipper in the vent, and tie strings on the top. Please specify your frame color - this will determine the color of the velcro.

Double Vent Covers for SunGarden

The double vent can relieve additional wind pressure on the canopy and is useful in areas that are subject to frequent wind gusts. In addition to the practical advantages, the extra layer of fabric is an  interesting style element.

Since there is a number of somewhat similar looking cantilevered umbrellas on the market, please make sure that you actually have the 'Sun Garden', identified by a metal plaque riveted to the bottom end of the round umbrella pole, just above the base tube. Use te drawing below to identify the model / year of your SunGarden.

Prices for the pre-99 model SG11 with 19" guide tube are the same as for the current style. However, we will need additional information to make sure the cover fits correctly. To order an SG11 cover for a 19" guide tube, please follow the following steps:

• identify the desired style and corresponding price at the bottom of this page

• measure distance 'A' (it will be either 51" or 53") 

• how is the cover attached? Small grommets in the fabric, or rib pockets?

For SG10X10 square, please specify

• fabric color and style (market or valance)

• Model SG10X10M - market style, single vent only - $390.- incl. shipping

• Model SG10X10V - valance style, single vent only - $430.- incl. shipping

For SG-Junior 8' octagon, please specify

• fabric color

Protective Cover for Sun Garden® 'Easy-Sun' Umbrella

Our SG protective cover, while made to original factory dimensions, is of vastly superior quality to the flimsy factory supplied polyester cover. We use an extra-heavy, waterproof SUNBRELLA acrylic in 1988 Charcoal, acrylic binding, and a marine-grade DELRIN zipper and a aplicator rod pocket (insert  a 1/4" wood dowel or heavy wire to allow for the cover to be slipped over the top of the umbrella), to make this the last protective cover you'll likely ever need for your Sun-Garden.

Remember: The protective cover is what's most exposed to the elements, so it pays to get a quality cover!
